Your Dad was a great friend. In later years, I saw him at every reunion until the Branson reunion the year he died. Billy Gaul, Bernie Caprera, Reese & Vita Billy Gaul, Reese, Vita Davis, my wife Lena and I were at your father's wake. Billy, Reese and Vita travelled from Pennsylvania to be there. Lena and I travelled from NYC. We loved your dad. We were a band of brothers, and later sisters.
Sadly four years later, we lost Billy. Reese, Vita, Lena and I travelled to Scranton, PA for his wake and funeral.
Unfortunately, we are getting to the age where we are losing our buddies one at a time. It is sadder still when it they are such good friends like "Bones" and Billy.
