I was on board '65-'70. I think we lived in the same berthing compartment below the mess decks - AS Division. Sonar and torpedomen. I remember the Sewage Canal. We got to swim with the sea snakes in Great Bitter Lake after we dropped anchor waiting for northbound traffic to clear. Didn't we have a fine BBQ on some freak'in sandbar in Bahrain? Some of you guys, along with BM2 Burt and his crew, had a helluva fight with the Limey's and trashed the EM club. Any of this ring a bell?
