Actually the letter that I received was not spoofed.

I found out later on that the message was sent just using Esmtp Authorization with the E-mail address changed. It seems like it would be nearly impossible to make a program that would consistently send spoofed mail. Maybe once or twice but I doubt that a program can be made that would consistantly send mail out with a spoofed Ip there were alot more variables than I thought.
