In a similar position to us our Manager has built up a great squad that is very youthful even now, but it's a team that has been built over three to four seasons rather than over night, but we are seeing the benefits of that now. I see a knee jerk reaction as being a backward step for the club if he does go in my humble opinion. Trafford play the brand of football we all like to see, and perhaps at the moment their biggest problem is the defence but we had a similar problem but Paul Gallagher has soon got on top of that. You've proved you can score goals against the top team at the moment, and I'm sure with the rub of the green you'll climb into a position that reflects how good you are. As for Troy Hayder...what a player! His second goal on Saturday was worth the entrance fee alone. Keep the faith I say! 2) An attacking entertaining side, with a young squad who obviously enjoy their football: that lad Troy for one. If you're thinking of getting rid of your gaffer, you want your heads testing...

You have a great Manager in Danny Johnson first and foremost. He's young and ambitious and is buidling a great nucleus of players with a youthful and vibrant squad.
