Helms walks into the weight room like he was going to do a normal routine. Helms: Hey Riot thanks for the great match last Thursday. Riot: No problem. Helms: Do you want me to spot you on the bench press. Riot: Sure thanks. Riot throws on lots of weight. Helms: OK 1...2...3. Riot lifts the weight and lets out a scream. Helms holds the bar for Riot. Riot: I can't hold rack it up. Helms takes control of the weight and then drops it on the chest of Riot. Riot now has the wind knocked completely out of him. Helms picks up Riot and throws him chest first onto a weight rack. Helms drags Riot out into the hall and throws him through a door into the parking garage. He tosses Riot on top of a car. Helms picks up Riot kicks him into the gut,and and gives Riot the Heartbreak through the front window of the car. Helms rolls Riot over and Referee Nick Patrick makes the count 1..2..3.
