Posted by Lynn Boyd on 6/14/2005, 6:19 pm One of the cars was a 1955 Chevy 210 Post. Well, this car was stolen sometime between April 10th and May 8th from my Dad's property located in Pinson, AL and I am desperate to get this car back. This was the last project my Dad worked on and has a lot of sentimental value for not only myself but for my son as well. This is all we have left of him. I had a lot of offers from people to buy the car but I refused to sell. I'm thinking that maybe they might have been desperate enough to just take the car. What I am requesting for you to do is to kind of keep an eye for this car. Maybe someone that did not have an antique car at your last show but now suddenly has one. The car is red and white with white/gray interior. It has gray/silver bucket seats that were not completely installed at the time of my Dad's death, but they are sitting inside the car. The VIN # is C55J004562 and it has an antique car tag #VAA756. At the time the car was taken, the tag was not on the car nor was the front chrome bumper. All pieces to the car were with the car and it was all taken. There is a lot of chrome on the car. Even around the gas tank. It has Grand Am Radial GT tires with the white lettering showing. I believe it has a 350 engine and manual transmission. My name is Lynn Boyd and I can be reached at 205-410-9177 or via email at: lynnboyd@nexitybank.com. I have filed a police report but if someone would just turn it over, I would not press charges. I just want it back. *A $500.00 reward will be given to the person that provides tips that lead to the recovery of the car.* Thanks for your help in advance! Sincerely,

My father, who was a huge lover of antique cars passed away about two years ago. When he died he left my sister and I with several cars. Unfortunately we were only able to keep three of the vehicles (one for each grandson).
