no you dont have to change the front fenders, yes the hood , grill, and front bumper will fit your care you will need to change out the front valance under the grill also, if you dont have the valance from a 71 or 72 you can cut and weld the one on your 74 to work, i have done this conversion you want to do and it looks quit nice and isnt hard at all, also the hood and grill from a 71 or 72 duster wil also fit your 74. trunk lid off a swinger also fits you car. and the rear bumper of a 71 or 72 will fit your car and you have to get a rear valance for the back, to go under you new rear bumper. aar sells everything you need in fiber glass, the trunk lid will be for a swinger the rear valance also.the hood and front bumper will be for a duster, these are great parts to chance out as they weight alot, front hood, bumper front and rear and rear , trunk lid and rear valance will save you a ton of weight.
