What it does do is create cover for Israel, because not only are investigators/journalists forced to confront Israel, they now, if they dare, have focus on the Americans role in the cover up, the cover up of a brazen war crime.
The BBC is already determined to muddy the waters. There 'Verify' team is on the job too, looking at recordings and films. It's not aimed at the Arab world, or even the wider world, but at western publics, who musn't know the truth about the Israeli regime and what they are capable of.
The BBC 'Verify' team don't need to look at grainy pictures. They could, in contrast, talk about how much explosives are normally required to damage a concrete and steel building like the hospital? Ordinance experts know about this and what it takes. For example, have Hamas the capacity to lauch a 'rocket' with anything near a 100k payload? What are the average payloads for the 'rockets' 'missiles' Hamas normally fire at Israel? This information isn't all that difficult to obtain, on the ground in Israel itself, as lots of the Hamas rockets don't even explode. Is there any comparable analogue inside Israel, of a building being destroyed by a Hamas rocket like this? Gosh, should be working for the BBC!
