I do agree..
I do agree (limited though my knowledge is) that this front has been gamed from all sides probably since a very long time ago, and that the bottom line is that “Kinzhal” probably means more than just “carrier killer” because carriers can be defeated with EW and limited actions against their supporting flotilla, without the escalatory action of putting a carrier with 2000 sailors to the bottom. “Kinzhal” has to mean something more profound, e.g. neutralization of a nuclear deterrent. This front would likely not have been opened without technology capable of doing that. - Shyaku
