My message:
'I note that in March 2022 as an organisation, in a facebook post, you urged people to 'Stand in solidarity with Ukraine, to stand for freedom and peace', quoting President Zelensky and reposting a message from Sadiq Khan promoting a solidarity march in London. Furthermore you arranged for free transport for Ukrainian refugees.
If the organisation of TFL is able to take political stances and change aspects of its service in this way it is hypocritical and unjust for a train driver to be suspended for expressing solidarity with Palestine. It also begs the question of why TFL felt the need to express an opinion in the former case but not in the latter.
Please re-instate the driver and apologise.
Regards,
Ian M'
