In the final reckoning I'm afraid we'll never actually "know" exactly who and how many were killed by whom, both because of the various propaganda operations being implemented to make it seem like it was all one group and all the other coverups they are engaged in along with the filtering and omissions by the media and destruction/erosion of the evidence.
Perhaps some whistleblower will release cockpit footage from some of the Apaches and the story will change, although I rather think those particular videos are either under very secure lock and key or don't actually exist anymore.
As plenty of people have said, and Ken says in this thread, you can tell from the damage caused to certain things (the vehicles and houses) that it had to be caused by a proper military force not a guerilla army and that alone is enough to puncture the cosy mainstream narrative of the events.
