"at the propagators too, and I do try to remember to be kind with children. But ultimately, adults are responsible for their beliefs, for what they obey, for what they disobey" Good point..however, I think one should take into consideration the shibboleths which are commonly accepted at the time of someone's birth...WiFi, for instance, was not a human graft-on when I was young and as a result I was able to watch as it was propagandised and accepted as the norm that one should be thus "attached" at all times...my father's generation also railed against things I took to be normal so it has ever been thus..when criticising certain beliefs and practices one must take into account the extenuating circumstances which have made them acceptable to and, to a large extent, unquestioned by subsequent generations....I agree though that once adult the choices are yours and that one must be prepared to bear the consequences of one's actions... P.S Lifeboat Crew members need to see this.. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0656dbj "We" did think satellites were such a good idea...!
