Andre will be a graduate student at UCSB.
He fills UCSB's most glaring hole, the PF spot held by Amadou Sow. Incoming PF/C freshman Koat Keat is a 3* who is the OC Register's POY and held offers from UCLA & USC. Keat will replace back up center Robinson Idehen.
The Gauchos, along with LB & UH will be the favorites next year with UCR not too far behind.
The rest of the conference will be looking up.

Andre Kelly, a 6'9" low post player has transferred from Cal to UCSB. He will be a sr. Last year he averaged 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds and was considered Cal's best returning player. He injured his ankle and missed the last part of last season and was still a P12 honorable mention. Good for the league, but not us.
