Champs is upon us!!!!

And we have our first event winners with HUGE results.

Javelin Men, Gonzalez launched it! came in at 211' for the season, 88th in nation, just threw 232 today!!! Now in top 20 in nation before this weekends results.

Also Jason Smith repeats as Long Jump Champ, no PR, but a solid 25'5". In a sign of what might become a theme for the men's title chances, Smith wins, but FUllerton comes in 2 and 3.

On women's side Riley Fick wins the women's steeplechase! Distance showing some life, with finals qualifiers in 1500s already today.

Big hit to our chances though as it appears Joseph Andreson is not competing. he had top time in the 110H, top 5 in 400H, and would have potentially competed on both relays. Unless they are saving him for the relays or just the 400H...
