have been a ticket holder for over 35 years until 2021 and then had to stay home for over a year -- and watching the things that went on at lbst over 2020 even until now is not good for the school or for athletics -- i would think that all the (wokers) folks that want to change the historical record for long beach state has indeed turned away a lot of the alums, season ticket holders and many other donors with their actions -- bring back pete, bring back our sports announcer, bring back our statue and place it where it always belonged -- i would think that all those folks who want to change our history will certainly not go down to the dmv and get a real id license since it has a picture of a 49er in the upper right hand corner -- this what happens when we let the few rule and make changes that the majority does not want -- and the only think that will get their attention is their pocket book ---- a 49er for ever -- Previous Message
I will always donate at a high level but to get others to do the same we need to 1. Be at the top of the Big West continually which has not happened for about 5 years, 2. Inform the donors and general public more of what is happening on campus and to all athletic teams, 3. Raise the awareness in the community about Long Beach State athletics. I see very little communication to the public about the happenings on campus or athletics in general. Dennis, thank you for all you do for Long Beach State athletics!
