Kind of bizzare, but not a shocker, I guess. Definite art to keeping one of these jobs over the long haul. Old school red ass Pinela types blow themselves up by making everyone miserable, new school “it’s the process, not the results” types makes ownership crazy by seeming indifferent with a tendency to pontificate. He still seems better suited for a young roster, IMO.
