In the 52 years since LBSU has competed at the Division I level (except football which became division I in 1972) exceptional success has been achieved. We can match or exceed probably any mid-major program. Among Big West schools no one else is even close to the success of our athletic programs. I am going list the highest finish for all of our programs in the NCAA or AIAW (women before the NCAA) National Championships and you will see how amazing our success has been. With the lull of college sports presently I thought it would be interesting to fill the void with this amazing resume.
