How about when LB stunned the Nachos with a 23-4 run capped by a Louis Darby 35-footer that banked in at the buzzer? I think that was in 2005. Oracle, help me out.
Perhaps the most exciting game and ending everÖ
Can anyone remember ever seeing a game ending like this one. ?
I actually like that answer.
No, because the opponent wasn't that great. And yes, because it was miraculous, 3OT on the road, and his son was so key at the end.
There ya go, and yes and no answer
What say you?
Rewatched the bulk of the game, great footage at the end especially of Scholl hugging the life out of Maddox and the two teams after the game no bad blood shaking hands and congrats both ways good sportsmanship is a wonderful thing to witness.
Agree with you Bill. I know the team likes Monson. All the coaches are well liked by the players. They also play hard for them. I would guess that if we had gone to a couple more NCAA's that attitudes from those on this board might be different. He is also liked by other coaches. Just win!!!
Iíve thought all season that George looks good out there, and he only shoots when heís got a good opportunity, otherwise just good defense and a talent for grabbing rebounds.
Maddox Monson! Great job young man. A steal and an assist to win the game with only seconds left? This blows my mind! That game was epic: injuries, twisted ankles, insane minutes and points for Tsohonis, what a night. I do think this will have a positive effect on the rest of the season. This team always plays hard.
Saw that and that was great. This game might be a turning point in the season. Unlike a lot of the Alums the players seem to really like Monson.
If this doesn't bring a team completely together, nothing ever will
