Although Ca Poly is 1-7 in Big West play they are competitive and it will be challenge to beat them. At home they only lost to UCSB by 5 and UCSD by 7 and lost on the road to UCD by 2 and UCR by 5.
The women we should beat Ca Poly Thursday but UCD should give us a good game on Sat on the road. UCI is the team to beat at 7-0. We are tied with UCSB for 2nd at 6-2 and still have to play them twice.

I am very much looking forward to tomorrow night's Men's and Women's basketball games. Can the Men take advantage of what they learned about themselves in the UCSD game, and can Marcus become our consistent scoring leader? Can the women continue with the great offense and defense that they have been playing. There is still a chance that the could win the regular season conference championship!!!
