Next two will show who we are. UCI and UCSB are class of conference.
I predict our lack of shooting will rear it’s ugly head, and even though we win battle of boards on each, we lose due to free throw, poor assist to TO, and lack of 3 production (not just % but combination with volume of 13 shots or less, while both opponents will have over 20 attempts).
Still want success, happy for our guys to get some gutsy wins.

Don't get your hopes up. This happens every year. Same CDM coached team. Previous Message
Not 6 wins in a row, although that would mean we beat UCI Saturday.
The next 6 games define our BWC season
Home v UCI: winnable, requires forcing tempo to our liking and making very few mistakes
Home v UCSB: ditto
@ CSUB: our only break. Must win and should.
@ UCR: lets avenge that 1 pt home loss. Winnable but tough.
Home v Hawaii: Winnable game
@ UCSB: likely loss
7-4 as it stands. If we come out of this 6 game set at 10-7 we are in good shape. I hope we can win one of the 3 games against UCI and UCSB. Avenge the UCR 1 pt home loss. Beat CSUB. Beat Hawaii. That'd be an impressive 4-2.
*I'm being hopeful, this team has lots of nice parts and is learning to be cohesive. Still some bumps in the road left to absorb.
GO BEACH!!!
