Only having one stand open is poor planning and foolish. I heard someone say that the stand behind to video board has no cooking availability. How hard would it be to get a portable cooktop if that's really the case? Whoever is in charge of fan experience badly dropped the concession ball?

The line for food or beer yesterday stretched to the student entrance! The reason: the concession stand behind the video board sits dark. Even at lesser attended games the line at halftime is so long there’s no way I would do it. Do we know why they are only operating one concession stand? If Naples Rib Co. doesn’t want to operate both then maybe give the contract to someone else. They are a big supporter of LBSU sports but I’m tired of this.
