The new AD will need help from the Pres in getting new donors. Unfortunately our pres has chased many donors away. In addition she watered down what used to be the Pres Scholars Program, did same to alumni, and I am not sure Women and Philanthropy even still exists. Most donors previously associated with these programs are gone.
Any AD with D1 experience will not want to touch this.
Also what does this mean in terms of the Pyramid?
Division 2 here we come.
