He has one more year now to learn then he (Hart) can get more meaningful minutes next year backing up Silva.

While Silva appears to be the starter and Thompson the backup, my guess is that Thompson was told he has a chance to earn the spot. He is the more experienced guy, as with the covid year he will be a 5th year super senior. It will be interesting to see who evolves in the position. The good news, is between the two, I feel we have the PG position covered. Previous Message

Crazy stat, he shot 41% from 3 pt range last season, and 58% FTs! The year before he shot 32% from 3 and 79% FTS! Has a 3 to 2 assist to TO. Feels very much like an experienced backup to Silva who can run the team when needed. Previous Message
