They are always a decent program but not top notch like when Pete Manarino was here. The days when LB used to go to the World Series are over. In the 80's it didn't take much money and there weren't that many softball teams. I would say the only sports where we have a chance to go deep in the NCAA's are Men's Volleyball, Beach Volleyball and Water Polo. Those are sports that are played by few schools so we are more on equal footing. Any sport that takes a lot of money we really have no chance to make a final four or even an elite 8.
