If they had just taken 1 game against both UCSD and Hawaii, and won an extra game against a mediocre CSB, the BWC regional bid would have been LB’s due to beating CSF 2 out of 3.
Still, they have work to do to avoid those bad weekend series going forward.

I spent a little time looking at our BIG WEST season this afternoon. Two series killed us. We went 0 - 3 in the opening series against UCSD and 0 - 3 in the series against Hawaii. Turn that around to 2 - 1 against both of them and we are at the top of the Big West (or very close). The problem is that we did not do that!!! All in all, not a bad season, but certainly not what we had expected or wanted!!! Previous Message
Nice ending to the season for the Dirtbags as they sweep the final series against Cal Poly!!!
