There might have been a bias against West Coast businesses in the past, but you’d have a difficult time convincing me that any current bias isn’t more a reflection of how most states on the West Coast are run.

The East Coast vs West Coast bias has existed in the business world for years. This will be difficult to change.
The additional challenge for LBSU is lack of money.
