If it's all about effort Arte did try. The fact that he failed is a testament to his entire organization. Yes, the CEO is responsible, but in the case of the "Los Angeles" Angels, it has been a TEAM EFFORT!
Arte is not the only one to blame for this absolute travesty of a season in which we now stand to lose Shohei. The biggest insult to this injury would be if Ohtani lands in on the real LA team.
I'm going to make ONE SUGGESTION Arte won't take. PLEASE move the team back to either California or Anaheim, and take the phony LA logo off your hats. Don't be ashamed you play in THE OC!

As usual Artie has disrupted this team. Guy knows nothing about how to run a baseball team and now Trout is PO'd and is going to talk to management this off season. Sorry fool but you signed the big contract when you could have left so play for this crap organization and enjoy every off season starting in October.

Injuries have absolutely devastated the team this year. They have the most players on the IL this season than any other team in the majors. Trout, Rendon, Stassi, Urshela, Ward, O'Hoppe, Bachman, Joyce, Adell, Suarez, Quijada and others all missed significant number od games this year.
That being said I too wish Arte would sell the team. Previous Message
In So Cal the Lakers live and Angels games are only on SPSN (Spectrum Sports) or Directv. Of course, who wants to watch the Angels who are 10 games under 500 today. Please Arte, sell the team! Previous Message
I changed to youtube tv. I found it much cheaper than cable, directv or dish. Since I don't live in So Ca I not sure how that affects watching to local So Ca teams. Previous Message
How many of you have a Spectrum TV package and no longer have access to ESPN, ABC 7 Los Angeles, and all of Disney's other channels? The Clemson vs Duke football game tonight is on ESPN so Spectrum subscribers cannot watch it at home. This is likely the beginning of the end for cable TV. I like to watch the Lakers and the Angels so I checked streaming services to see which one carries those games. Only Spectrum and Directv streaming has both the Angels and the Lakers. Wouldn't it be great if there was a TV stream that would let you pick and pay for only the channels you want? With the PAC12 dissolved and all the sports TV packages that a fan must pay for, I am ready to say "screw it" and not watch as much sporting events going forward.
