Only the highest grade stuff. Puff puff.
Just by looking at the rankings from last year, the toughest game is at Montana State. Although I get your point, traveling all the way to Michigan and getting a win would be a major feat even if we had a very good coach, and they will likely be much better this year. Not sure Depaul is in the same league, so I'd hope we could get a win there.
If the schedule is right, we play @ Depaul 11/11 then @ Michigan on 11/17? Six days in between? Those two universities are a 2-3 hour bus ride apart, is the team walking from Depaul to Michigan? Previous Message
You think we could win against Michigan or De Paul? Man I want to smoke whatever you're toking. Previous Message
The road non conference schedule is very good, moderately tough opponents where every game could be won, but I won't expect anything and just hope for the best.
The home schedule stinks. If those final two games don't significantly upgrade the home schedule, new AD Smitheran will hear from this longtime season ticket holder.
Just bought mine by the way. I am hopeful this year's team can do something special, but that hope is tempered with the cold hard reality of the barnacle of a head coach. Previous Message
Looks like we are not playing at UCLA or USC this year. Would like to see us again schedule home and home series against teams we have played in the past decade: UVU, Seattle, Pepperdine, LMU, Idaho and others. Previous Message
Keep in mind there are 2 spots available to add games. All of these are from other schools schedules, so there may be home games in November we don't see here. And, lets face it, good teams seldom want to schedule a potential loss, so getting anyone solid to the 'Mid this season, with all the good players we return, it going to be real difficult. That is correct. Only 3 non-conference home games all against very weak teams.

So far all road games in November. Not good for a fan who enjoys going to the Myd to watch our team play. I hope the new AD will fix this for next season. Previous Message

If you have not done so before, I highly recommend the BW board for some strong insights into the league and the other schools.
