I have met folks who run a couple of those at big football schools - of course, completely different level in terms of resources/size of programs...but same concept has to be done right at LB State. Have to embrace it until there are any changes in the larger landscape. It's a popular school with a cool image - reflected by Men's Volleyball alone. Winning programs only help.

I have been told that athletics is working on a NIL program for all teams as not just a few to have merchandise they can sell with the bookstores help. The bookstore cannot sell as each player can have their own site online for merchandise.
Well done re: Mason on the men's volleyball team (he seems to have been busy overall): https://www.instagram.com/p/C434sKNvNqy/?igsh=ZDE1MWVjZGVmZQ==
Posted below, but I'm interested to hear Smitheran and the new coach's strategy for an NIL Collective for men's basketball (or if there's going to be a larger combined strategy).
The men's volleyball one already looks like it's a step ahead. Let's get it done.
