Today's game was played in front of 3,246 fans. The crowd was the second largest in school history at Blair Field for the Dirtbags.
8,948 fans came through the turnstiles over the three games, breaking the school record for a regular season series. The previous regular season mark was 8,035 against Cal State Fullerton for games played from Apr. 26-28, 1996.

After tying the game in the 7th, a 3 run bomb by freshman SS Lopez in bottom of the 8th to break the 6-6 tie as the Dirtbags win it 9-6.
