The guy attended UCSD for 5 years, played 4, set a bunch of school records. The college basketball grass is Bermuda, after 4 years it goes dormant. Even if he doesn’t play much, he plays for an (arguably) top 10 national coach, gets paid, and doesn’t have to sit around the rest of his life and wonder how he really stacked up against high level competition.
