I thought Belmont Abbey would bring more. No service pressure, poor attack because they were doing everything they could to avoid the block. We didn't get a block in the first two sets, so it only worked in that sense, but they were toast with that strategy. Set 3 we piled up some blocks. The only thing they did well was their own blocking game. But it died after set 2.

Great to see Bouchkov get in for the last few points and get the final match kill.

Godbold didn't play. Gotta believe resting him for the semis. He looked fine. He was the best guy on the court in the BWT finals v UCI.

Game was ugly, Belmont Abbey threw a lot of junk our way. Our guys did just fine, a little frustrating but they never got bugged by it just serve hard and do what you can with odd attacks.
