This is an unfunded mandate. More sucking smaller schools dry and unable to defend themselves. Is NIL taxable? I hope so. Previous Message
It appears booster funded NIL deals will be subject to arbitration. For Big West schools this whole thing could get very expensive and not be that which is currently expected. Setting up and operating nil accommodations now for athletes will become extremely challenging.
