A lot of what happens in the future will be dictated by the NCAA. The increased number of scholarships allowed in addition to the NIL will benefit the Power 4 or 5 conferences.

NIL money is for players, not the schools or their programs. This will be very problematic for schools in mid major conferences. The schools programs need the monies that will go to NIL. It appears players will be able to get NIL monies at one school, them take those monies with them when they go to another school. I hope this will not be the case.
