I predict that our team chemistry will be a major focus; working as a team on both sides of the ball will be an immediate positive factor; and our guard play will be one of the best in the Big West.

I think our big unknown is our inside presence. Austin Johnson should be a plug and play quality starter from day one. Beyond that, its a giant ? If Acker can get some quality time out of the other bigs, with our depth at guard and the wings, and the likelihood of an SDSU style of play, this could work out well. Usually if I recall correctly, SDSU has one dominant well sized big man, and some decent backups and that's about it.

Time will tell. I'm excited because everything from top to bottom is new and that alone is exciting. As to how well we can do, my intuition is we won't be a Big West bottom feeder.
