Or a very strong dashed line relationship to the AD. Jane can make it happen . If she sees the importance of doing it, meanwhile she is still taking credit for the diversity of the students. Previous Message
Lack of coordination by different parts of Depts at the school. As I understood it in the past the AD had no direct control over marketing although you will see marketing employees listed on the athletic staff website. These people are actually connected to the marketing dept. There is a definite need for restructuring of this.
