It sure was nice to see Tom post with respect to this article. At one time, I knew him pretty well, but just from seeing him at games and talking on the message board. I hope that he is doing well, and would start attending games again and posting on this message board.
With respect to the rating, the proof is going to be in the play of our team. With such a turnover in player, and so many unknowns, the author is probably just saying that there is no track record to say where this team is going to shake out. I do think that we have a coach who is going to bring out the best in our players, but it is somewhat hard to tell at this time what there real talent level is! Go 49'ers, Go BEACH!!!

As for GauchoFreg, he admits picking them 10 could be foolish, but I will thorougly enjoy serving him up some cold crow Nachos to chow down on at the end of the BWC season when the 49ers beat his prediction!
I do thank Freg for going through the efforts to do this ranking, its a good way for me to get to know all the BW teams without having to do any homework.
I won't forget the #10 pre season prediction though...GO BEACH!!!
