Wvb not using subs and not strengthening the backrow and I can not say I blame the chatter. Instead of Vellucci and Giambi, I would use Giambi and Collins. Velucci is not quick enough. Use Collins to sub for Glenn or Karich in the backrow.. most of our shanks are from the OH’s. We need someone who is quick and can cover them up. Is anyone analyzing the stats?

Stop line hitting when the match is on the line. Yeah, the other team may get the ball, but have faith in your block. Instead od line hit for their fingertips. Stop serving out of bounds when the match is on the match is on the line. Trust your defense.

The seniors are playing like seniors plus Lomigora. All the rest are playing hs ball. Attack on the off set, no more lollipops, no more two hand pushes to the other guys front court. Put it to the back and let your defense get back in position.

The Fullerton match was the perfect time to put in players who have worked hard but do not play. This was their chance. We play Fullerton again, it is time to pay Sheffie, Hayes, Hoff and others to groom them for next year. You can forget your depth chart in matches lije this one. I doubt they would lose the match. If you do not use them now, when? against Hawaii or Uci?

A rant, but the focus is not tight. Tighten it up and explain why you do what you do. The players will understand, you are not slighting them, but rewarding others for their hard work and preparing for future matches.
