Students want more than free admission. They want food, swag, etc. They probably also want sharks. Winning teams and attractive opponents help, also.
As for Homecoming, anyone remember the last Homecoming "Queen"?
BTW, how about working on getting the BBMM Alumni/Band Alumni back? I'd bet there are still a lot of those folks around that would still play!
I suggested to a marketing person some Brown & Gold throwback hoop uniforms for a Turn Back the Clock or Homecoming promotion, and was met with a sour face. No imagination or creativity regarding our athletic heritage! Just LOUD "MUSIC"!!

Sonny Ciampa, a political science major, is the Senator at-Large for athletics. He sees a lack of students attending sporting games and hopes to spread awareness to students that they have access to free tickets to all athletics games.
Ciampa plans to work on an app where students can purchase tickets for athletic events and view future games.
Due to COVID-19, CSULB removed the yearly homecoming game and activities but Ciampa hopes to work towards bringing the homecoming game back.
