Long Beach State Sports : Re: Another Preview...Beach at 9th Place

Much like Dan's years, I see a lot of athleticism and length. The shooting performance against Cal Tech was concerning, but SDSU built their program from solid team defense. Dan's team would play okay in spurts but gave up a lot of open looks. Won't really know much more against SCIAC powerhouse (kidding) La Verne either, but once we get a D1 game we'll see what this team is like.

Bulletin board is getting crowded.

One guy who didn't suit up for Cal Tech we are counting on is Cory Curtis Jr ...I am pretty sure he was there, but in street clothes with Eli and Grant. So I'll assume minor injury until further notice.

We we be better than 9th. For now I'm calling 7th until I see how this team works against BW level teams and we have a lot of them non conference coming up (and 2 in conference):

I didn't include @ Gonzaga and v UTEP both are not BW level teams, way way way above and above.
