I think we need to hound Rapp all game, seems like a big inside/outside threat and talented as a Fr. DMX and Nagy need to hound him all game long. Guards need to deny passing angles to him on the perimeter.
Delano concerns me, seems like he'll hit any open 3's and he's probably very quick at only 175 lbs. Kam Martin seems like a natural fit to defend him.
Skinny frosh Jones sounds like a beast on the boards, probably a hyper athletic high motor type.
They have size, which has given us fits. Their top scorer Masic we matchup nicely size wise with Wainwright and Askew.
I hope our Niners just need some home cooking and are more decisive with the ball on offense, need to get back to that quick passing in out dribble drives type of stuff.
On defense, key in on their strengths and communicate well. We don't have the type of guys that can makeup for defensive lapses with athletic coverage.
Will any sort of decent crowd size show up for a 2 pm Saturday game? Not thrilled with these early starts but I'll be there.
GO BEACH!!!
