These independent tournaments can sell their own rights, never been included on ESPN+ unless they were covered by ESPN. ESPN themselves runs a bunch of these tournaments as made for TV events.

The Henderson Tourney is on FloCollege stream for $19.99 a month. I'll pass on paying to watch these games as I am tired of paying for streaming services.
