We will have a new president soon. He may want to make changes or allow everyone to develop.
As far as Dan Monson goes. He also has new players. So give him a break.

What is happening this year is not acceptable or surprising. We have a head coach with no head coach experience. We have an AD with no Ad experience. The AD reports to a bean counter. There is no one with the appropriate experience to train anyone. We also have a brand new team.
Not a recipe for success.
