Saw it on defense. Some sort of team identity with defense began to manifest. We don't have the athletes to cover mistakes so the defense has to be smart and unified.

Our experienced lead guards Askew and Wainwright are slow laterally, average speed overall. We need to space well, set picks, move and stay coordinated on offense. Saw more of that tonight especially in the 2nd half. The team broke a full court press 3 out of 4 times and looked like they'd practiced it a ton. Good sign.

Foolerton is bad, we made them look pathetic. The only guy we couldn't stop was that big who was ready to brawl with Denson.

So much work to do, but the team can now close out a game on the road against a weak rival its something to build on.

I will miss the Hawaii game, hope we can win and get momentum.
