Agree. Wayyy to early for anyone to be trashing anyone in the program.
Yeah, fullerton was not great, but they have continuity with their program and coach, ours is brand new with brand new faces from front to back. And the team still managed a 20 point thrashing.
Give this staff time to work. Period.
There will be positive times coming later. Again, non conference for a big west team means nothing right now. All that matters is big west.
What I do hope is that the team regained their swagger after a rough non conference.

Watching last night and most games you can see why coach Acker is labeled a defensive coach. His players have good defensive fundamentals. Obviously he thought he recruited more talent but EVERY player out there has good defensive techniques drilled into them. We looked better offensively but granted against a poor Fullerton team. By the end of the season we will be better overall. I believe in coach Acker. The problem this year is he didn't really recruit offensive talent. He has Askew and Martin and that's about it. I like the offensive potential of the recruits for next year, and if he can get a few offensive minded portal transfers he could have us near the top of the Big West in a few years.
