Yes indeedy this is like breathing fresh air again. We've got issues but team play, cohesiveness, and a dose of BB IQ we aren't used to are making it fun again. Throw in Askew is an all conference guard, and different guys have big nights and something is going on here! Guys are developing...DMX isn't yet but working hard 6 boards tonight scrapping it up. If DMX can get going then level up, that would level up the entire team.
Richardson, against a tall team he made an impact and didn't make any mistakes, hope this gets him going, expect to see a lot of minutes v La Sierra. What I like about our mix of bigs is they all bring something different, a different look, a very mixed bag.
Man I miss Lloyd, I know he was rushing things a lot but also had some nice games we are missing his big guard / wing size and athleticism.

As noted, let this team work. They're gelling together and Acker is establishing his system.
Huge games from the guards and bench.
Again, I already like Acker ball.
I found it interesting that Acker preferred to foul Pepperdine at put them at the line vs. Letting them tie at a key moment near the end of the game. A certain other coach we had would never.
I like what Acker and staff are trying to build.
Wainwright earning a lot of praise from the TV crew- mentioning Westchester a ton.
