Acker needs to keep recruiting his players. Next years team might be completely new again. Hopefully we won't have to play in the Gold Mine. Eventually they will have to work on the Myd.

The Gold Mine was very crowded and I hoped we would play well in front of all the fans who sat in the antiquated gym. I wrote off getting beat by a good UCSD team but to lose to a very low-ranking team in our gym is unacceptable. Something seems amiss with team psychology at this point in the year. It looks to me that a few players have tuned out the coach and are just going through the motions. I am leary of players who came to LB after being at 2 or 3 other schools. Wainright played hard and had a great game. I really can't say that for anyone else.

I drove up from Oceanside to sit in a crackerbox of a gymnasium and watch my 49ers literally eat $hit and die in front of my eyes. Left with 10 minutes to go. They gave up. No one on the team is a leader. No one gathered the guys together to try and get it going. No one communicating except the coach yelling.

Our offense is one dimensional and now totally exposed. And the coach barely throws in some variation when the game is already out of hand.

The defense is weak. Slow to the ball, half ass effort.

Not impressed with Acker. Anything positive I was kind of feeling was killed by this effort. I get UCSD kicking our butts but Foolerton? They stink and we already hammered em on the road...this is a team in total free fall.

I saw one guy really trying (Wainwright) and he had some success but it was all one on one circus shots and a couple 3s. Askew plays at a snails pace and may be too one dimensional...seems like he may need to play off ball a while.

Our bigs have bad fundamentals and are put in bad positions. One offensive mistake after another.

Atrocious.

I'm done going to games and spending energy on this team unless they collectively pull their heads out of their asses.
