Jane is stubborn and will not back off making the misguided mistake of taking away 49ers. Her retirement gift should be Elbee as can bring that back to her home in Santa Barbara.
Also the comments on the Instagram site are very negative toward her as anytime she posts something the many negative responses are plenty.
When Maxson retired he had a line of students all day say goodbye to him. Same with naming the fountain area at Brotman after him. Also the award for CSU President is named after him.
My guess is Jane's last day will be quiet and not mentioned.

I really want to thank Jane for her service to LBS and LBS Athletics. Most of you have NO IDEA of the budget issues that she has had to deal with while here and still found a way to help LBS Athletics. I will forever be grateful to her for that! She knows that I and lots of others are unhappy about the dropping of the 49'er brand, and I also know that if she had to face that issue again that there would have been a different outcome! But if you’re on socials, you need to check out Jane’s latest message. Super glad these are the moments she emerges from pile of laundry she spawned from to showcase how much of a clown car the university has become.
