We run the same offense every time. The guard brings the ball upcourt and passes it to the center far above the 3 point line. The center dribbles at the guard and hands the ball off. The guard gets double-teamed and dribbles until there are only 12 seconds on the shot clock. Since the other three players are standing still, looking at the guard dribbling around, there is no one to pass to, so we must force up a shot with the shot clock running out. We need a varied way to start each offensive play. You can't run an offense 35 feet from the hoop and dribble away valuable shot clock time from that distance. You also can't start the offense the same way every time you cross midcourt. Previous Message
Offensively? Doesn't bode well.
