As long as both schools improve the BW in most sports and makes it a better league that's all I care about.  Previous MessageThe downside of CB is they are a private school, which means their President can put as much money into athletics and facilities as they se needed. For UVU the downside is the Utah legislature puts more money into their universities then our legslature puts into the CSU’s. (The UC’s can request and get whats needed and can move money around more easier than a CSU president. The Uc is living at inflation adjusted 1990 numbers, while the CSU is squeezed every year.) Previous MessageCal Baptist will be a good addition. UCR and CB will have two large crowds when they play each other. I am not as thrilled with Utah Valley but with all the conference jumping they are probably the best choice we had. If this happens the WAC will only have 5 schools left, Abilene Christian, Southern Utah, Tarleton State, UT Arlington, and Utah Tech. You need 8 in Div 1. Previous MessageI like these two choices.
